Job description

A customer service representative at Malca-Amit is required to work in a  fast-paced customer-focused environment and to ensure the protection of  personnel and shipments for which the company is responsible. This position  requires strict policy of following rules and procedures to protect and  safeguard the transport and property of Malca-Amit and its customers, as well  as the safety of people on the premises of Malca-Amit. The position is  working in an office with fellow reps collaborating to set up services.    

Malca-Amit USA, LLC, a division of The Malca-Amit Group of Companies,  consists of an international team of experts, including logistics, security,  customs house and special operations professionals, who provides professional  service tailored to the specifications and needs of the global luxury goods  industry and international banks. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our Louisville, KY operations.

responsibilities

• Respect and follow the company's guidelines and procedures    

• Answer telephone and emails to assist clients and other offices with  scheduling or completing of services    

• Set up pickups and deliveries of high value shipments via email and  phone    

• Complete task using Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Excel and Word    

• Complete daily reports    

• Crosstrain and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum  qualifications:    

Minimum of 21 years of age    

• Ability to use excel worksheets, answer questions / complete tasks  requested via either phone or email    

• Excellent attendance    

• Must pass drug screen and FBI background check    

• Self starter    

Preferred qualifications:  

• High School diploma or GED    

• Previous employment in office environment
