Working in a small team which includes Sales and Customer Services, the Account Executive will primarily be responsible for driving sales revenue for Malca-Amit and provide outstanding customer service to all clients, as well as shipment processing and operational duties as needed or directed by Management.
• Identify sales opportunities for new and existing clients.
• Educating new and existing clients on Malca-Amit history, services and rates.
• Regularly review client rates and tariffs.
• Support Management with Malca-Amit rate reviews.
• Identifying and assessing client needs to achieve full client satisfaction.
• Providing customer service in person at Hatton Garden office or while visiting clients.
• Proactively arrange and participate in client facing meetings.
• Effectively liaising with our internal Operations department.
• Liaising with subcontractors and other visitors.
• Supporting within the office environment with a high volume of emails and phone calls.
• Physically handling and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Handling and distributing letters and cheques.
• Receiving and processing shipment bookings from clients.
• To actively communicate with clients with sales quotes, as well as to ensure they are made aware of any delays or issues with shipments.
• To cover for team members during absence and encourage team working.
• Proactively recommend improvements, which contribute to improved customer service and team effectiveness.
• Support Malca-Amit EMEA social media and marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Actively support with client events, shipments, hand-carries or other business-related requirements to go above and beyond.
• Create and present both client facing and internal slides, presentations or rate sheets.
