Job description

A highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage our client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes. In this pivotal support role, you will be the central point of coordination for tracking new clients through our internal systems—managing KYC workflows, contract issuance, and cross-departmental approvals. Once clients are successfully onboarded, you will pivot to maintaining meticulous Customer Due Diligence (CDD) records.

‍

responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Manage and track the progress of new clients through the complete onboarding lifecycle, ensuring KYC questionnaires and contracts are completed and issued promptly.

Internal Workflow Tracking: Monitor the progress of contracts and onboarding requirements through our internal Legal, Compliance, and Insurance departments.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Oversee ongoing customer due diligence, leading the completion of annual customer questionnaires and compliance reviews.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate internally to gather and synthesize answers for complex client questionnaires, liaising with IT, Cyber, Security, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Accounts teams.

Progress Chasing & Reporting: Proactively chase internal departments for updates to prevent bottlenecks, while producing and distributing a regular, comprehensive progress brief of all current work.

Audit Trail Maintenance: Maintain an impeccable, fully traceable audit trail for all onboarding steps, contract approvals, and due diligence checks.
