The Customer Service Logistics Representative at Malca-Amit is required to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service relations with the numerous domestic and international destinations and origins throughout the Malca-Amit global network. This collaborative process entails extensive interactions with various domestic and international stakeholders, both on an internal and external level.
Candidates will need to possess proven time management skills, a high level of customer service expertise, fast and accurate data entry abilities, as well as excellent inter-personal and collaborative qualities.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks related to shipments and logistics.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and set up shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery for our customers.
• Assist customers with any shipping concerns, providing resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Cross-departmental aid and support.
• Update customers on all relevant shipment matters, including tracking information and delivery status.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in logistics or a related field would be advantageous.
