The office admin is responsible for conducting data entry & analysis to maintain all corporate file records up to date.
A daily task to sort mail and distribute to their corresponding departments.
The office admin must answer the doors and phones and provide professional customer services. Must maintain a secure space and check in any visitors and vendors that arrive. At times, might need to escort the vendors around.
Filing important paperwork and assisting with the hiring process are also tasks that need to be fulfilled. The hiring process consists of calling potential new hires based on resumes provided, scheduling interviews and drug testing, and filling out and assisting with the employment process.
Lastly, must be willing to learn and assist with the billing process and payroll when necessary.
